Question...

I have a question for anyone out there qualified to answer...

I am looking for a recipe for popped wheat... something you can season and sprinkle on top of salads and such. Any body know how to do this??
I'm trying to be frugal... and croutons go wayyyy to fast (and I just don't want to take the time to make my own).

I am not Kandis, but for popped wheat you have to cook it for a little bit and then it "pops" when you deep fry it. Then it cools and you store it in a glass jar - not plastic! Gets gross quicker.If you want more popping info let me know. I prefer sprouting wheat for salads.
